These terms apply when you buy SEO, link building, local SEO or AI-search services from BlogMaster360 Agency (“we”, “us”) through https://blogmaster360.agency/, WhatsApp, email or Fiverr.
Orders placed on Fiverr
Orders placed on Fiverr are governed by Fiverr’s Terms of Service. Payments, cancellations, revisions and disputes for those orders are handled through Fiverr and its Resolution Center.
Direct orders
- Scope and price. We confirm the scope, price and delivery estimate in writing before work starts.
- Payment. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due before work begins. Monthly campaigns are billed at the start of each month.
- Delivery. Delivery times are estimates that start once we have everything we need from you. We tell you promptly if a timeline changes.
- Approvals. Where a package includes a list of sites or articles for approval, we publish only what you approve.
- Reporting. Each order ends with a report of the work delivered, including live URLs for every placement.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own or are authorised to promote the websites you send us, that the content you supply is lawful, and that you will give us the access and feedback a project needs.
No ranking guarantees
Search engines and AI platforms decide rankings and citations themselves and change their systems often. We commit to the work described in your order and to its quality, not to a specific position, traffic level or revenue.
Replacement guarantee
If a placement we delivered is removed within the guarantee period stated in your package, we replace it free of charge. The guarantee does not cover removals caused by changes you make to the target page or website.
Content and ownership
Once an order is paid in full, articles written for your project may be used by you without restriction. Third-party sites keep control of their own pages, including published guest posts.
Confidentiality
We keep your project details, access credentials and results confidential, and we only name you as a client with your permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
